Ron with Fort Mill Mold Remediation was very informative about our upcoming and unexpected water cleanup project. He called us when he was 30 minutes away from our home. The crew was very polite and helpful and they made it a great and friendly experience. I was sold the first day he came to give us the estimate and showed us his licenses, certifications and photos from previous projects. Ron made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process! I hired Fort Mill Mold Remediation to take the mold out of my apartment. They took the time to investigate further and clean the entire place. They ended up having to find a contractor to take down ceilings because I had collapsed cementing. They were absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. I got estimates for the original work for over $6k and Fort Mill Mold Remediation came in under that by $1500. I would glad recommend this company for any type of issue dealing with mold. They are very good at what they do. Their customer service is top notch, super friendly folks who enjoy their job and take pride in helping people ensure the safety of their homes. more

I called Fort Mill Mold Remediation to come out and perform a mold test this summer. Their service was second to none, both with respect and costs and completion. Every item was promptly handled by Ron their supervisor. I received my reports in two days just as promised. They were very complete and understandable to properly focus on the next critical step of mold remediation. Fort Mill Mold Remediation provided intelligent answers to all of my questions. Mold sampling is a very trying moment once you discover you have a mold problem. It needs a professional to gather the data to lead to a proper remediation to make the area safe again and Ron and his crew did exactly that. This company is very professional in every respect. Hiring Fort Mill Mold Remediation was one of the best and smartest things I have ever done. About a month ago I was in the inspection stage of buying my first home and I thought it prudent to have a certified mold inspector take a look at the house as some mold had already been detected by in an independent inspection. I went on the internet and found Fort Mill Mold Remediation and gave them a call. Their customer service agent spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the benefits of a mold inspection as well as the different things to look for etc. He was extremely knowledgeable yet explained everything so that I could understand. I felt very comfortable with this so I decided to set up an appointment for their crew to come out to my prospective new house and perform a thorough mold inspection. Within 48 hours I had the results. I am very glad I got the inspection because it uncovered a serious mold problem that the sellers failed to disclose. If it weren’t for Fort Mill Mold Remediation I would be faced with serious problems today. Fort Mill Mold Remediation saved me thousands of dollars in mold removal expenses. more

In August of 2012 I was in a very stressful time, I had just opened a 30 days escrow on a new house and at the same time a 30 day escrow on the house I had owned for 4 years. The buyer had an inspection done and also requested a mold inspection, never having smelt mold in the house I was not worried. Upon inspection it was determined that my downstairs bathroom and bedroom needed to have mold remediation. Now as a seller this is a nightmare, I was prepared to walk away from both escrows when I found Fort Mill Mold Remediation . They came in and promised me a fast remediation and a clean test once he was done with his work. Fort Mill Mold Remediation , he did the proper remediation . He was very careful to not cause any contamination to adjoining rooms and he finished within the timeline and cost estimate he had given me. They were dependable, straightforward and overall great to deal with. We felt like we were in good hands. We were also very pleased with the work itself. The first company we contacted to help us with the mold situation gave us outrageous estimates, something that we were not prepared to tackle at the moment. Just when we were looking into selling, our tenant introduced us to a gentleman that works for Fort Mill Mold Remediation, a family friend of his. GREAT RESULTS! 2/16/2012

We were moving a piece of furniture in our bedroom and discovered mold in the corner of the outside wall. I looked up mold removal services on the internet and Fort Mill Mold Remediation was one of the first choices. I also researched customer reviews and all were fantastic. I will say that I echo everyone's reviews. They showed up when they said they would, they were polite and professional and were able to ease our minds. The job took less time than anticipated and when I asked if anything could be done to reduce the cost as it didn't take as long as originally estimated, he immediately checked to see what can be done. Quick to help! 2/15/2012

I discovered some mold around the humidifier and under the crib in my son's room. Having heard about the health risks involved from mold, I instantly paniced. Someone from Fort Mill Mold Remediation was able to work me into his schedule that day. It turns out the mold was superficial and nothing major to worry about, but he was very reassuring and even sprayed one area that was a little more affected. Since no real treatment was needed, he did not even charge us for the consultation. I would definitely call this company again if needed! more

We had a flood in my house and hired a company to dry it out. They assured me that there wouldn't be any further issues, took their money and left. A few months later, my wife was convinced there was mold in the basement. We called Fort Mill Mold Remediation and they came out the following day and preformed a mold inspection and showed us the wet spots behind walls we couldn't see. They did the mold removal work, showed up every day on time, were clean and every professional. My insurance company required a post remediation test, and that came back fully clean, which made it incredibly easy for us to get most of our money back. I called Fort mill mold remediation after we found a lot of mold on our manufactured home. I tryed scrubbing it off but it still stayed. I was amazed when they came out and sprayed our home them washed it right off it was great. They really did a great job. I gave them my credit card to pay for everything. more
